Dr. Thomas Falkenberg
Thomas Falkenberg is a professor of education at the University of Manitoba. He is the editor of the Handbook of Canadian Research in Initial Teacher Education (2015) and the editor or co-editor of a number of other books, including Well-Being and Well-Becoming in Schools (2024). In his current research, he is focused on human flourishing as a core purpose of formal education and on the role that contemplative, holistic, and integrative approaches to education can play in addressing this core purpose.
